April 2026
The April 2026 From Where We Stand newsletter from NH Bridge Brigade for Democracy highlights a powerful and growing movement fueled by resilience, visibility, and community. Following the energy of the No Kings protests, volunteers continued showing up across more than 40 bridge actions, reaching over half a million people and reinforcing a message of sustained civic engagement. The newsletter emphasizes the importance of rest alongside action, encourages participation through events, caravans, and new member outreach, and introduces efforts to clarify the organization’s mission as it approaches its one-year milestone. With expanding volunteer turnout, new bridge locations like Londonderry, and inspiring stories of impact, NHBBD underscores its role in building courage, connection, and voter engagement across New Hampshire—committed to showing up “as long as it takes.”

February 2026
This issue of From Where We Stand reflects on an extraordinary January marked by rapid response, resilience, and deep volunteer commitment. NHBBD members organized dozens of pop-up bridge actions across New Hampshire, including multiple overnight mobilizations during moments of political crisis, while also caring for one another through a demanding month. The newsletter celebrates the winning name of the newsletter itself, shares a powerful turnout story from Dover, invites community participation through music and ideas, and reaffirms NHBBD’s gratitude for all who continue to stand — visibly and collectively — for democracy.
