A win from our bridge this weekend. We had our message about free staters, at the very beginning of our "drop" a lovely NH woman pulled off the exit ramp and looked at our message then she pulled over and came to talk to me and another bridge captain. She simply asked - what is a free stater. When she found out she was very grateful for the knowledge. And if even one person learned what the free state project is from our drop I call that a win. She was grateful for the knowledge and it led to great conversations with all of our members about how to properly and as succinctly as possible explain the free state project to those around us. Grateful for the win and for the conversation as we approach this very important time.

In the early NHBBD days - we would spend a lot of time trying to figure out who else was doing an event to coordinate with them. I received this email this morning from Kent Street Coalition. WOO HOO

Not sure why they exactly want to know (i wrote back asking). But it occurred to me how different things are from a year ago.

---I was wondering if NHBBD is doing any coordinated bridge visibilities on Labor Day in conjunction with "the People's Primary" event in Concord and related one in Nashua?
